The Pharmacy Technician course at San Jacinto College is taught at two campuses, the north campus, and the south campus. However, both are located in Houston, Texas. The program offered is the same, the only difference is the location.
The north campus is located at 5800 Uvalde Rd, Houston, TX 77049. The campus is located in a commercialized area, with lots of shops, a few restaurants, and hotels close by. It is also close to many parks and is an 11 minutes drive from the Gene Green Beltway 8 park, providing space for students to go for a quick walk during their breaks if they wish to.
The south campus is located at 13735 Beamer Rd, Houston, TX 77089. This campus is located in a much quieter area with comparatively fewer restaurants close by. However, the real advantage of this location is that it’s very close to the Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital. This may allow students to pick up a few shifts at the hospital that can help their careers.
San Jacinto College offers a pharmacy technician program that prepares students for work immediately after graduating. Students can enjoy the perks of intensive training and job preparation during their time in school. We recommend visiting both campuses to decide which is best for you.
